A Manhattan native, he has a passion for the city of New York and enjoys helping its residents find solutions to everyday problems and puzzles through architecture and design.
Bill lives in Midtown with his wife, Diana, his son, Jackson, and his dog, Alfie.

Irvin has been at WSL Architect since 2006. He combines a practical approach with energy and enthusiasm on all of WSL's projects. With years of experience working with the NYC Department of Buildings and Landmarks Preservation Commission, he oversees many of the firm's renovation and new construction projects. Irv is in direct contact with the NYC Department of Building and Landmarks. Irv holds a B.S. in Architecture from Norwich University in Vermont.

A native of the Santo Domingo, Domincan Republic, Hugo holds degree in Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) in Santo Domingo and an Associate of Arts in Interior Design. Since 2005, he has worked as a designer, specializing in interior architecture and kitchen design. With over 14 years of experience, he has worked for prestigious firms in Santo Domingo and New York, in addition to been a partner in his own design studio. Hugo moved to New York in 2010 and has been at WSL Architect since 2017.
